#visionzeroisntzero: MTA Bus Kills Pedestrian in Brooklyn

The attorneys at Feldman, Kronfeld & Beatty are very familiar with the terrible tolls of vehicles striking pedestrians in New York City. We have observed, on numerous occasions, how despite the CIty's continued efforts to prevent these terrible accidents, they still keep occurring. The only way that the attorneys at Feldman, Kronfeld & Beatty have learned to deal with negligent drivers is to hold them accountable for the pain and suffering that they cause.

More tragedies have come as inattentive MTA bus drivers hit pedestrians. On Wednesday, a woman was killed on Ocean Avenue around J Avenue when she was struck by the BM1 express bus. A Hatzolah ambulance took the woman to New York Community Hospital, where she was pronounced dead. And last Monday, a 64-year-old man was struck in the Lower East Side of Manhattan, around Madison and Jackson Streets, by the M22 bus. He was taken to the hospital with a serious arm injury.

If you, or a loved one, has been a pedestrian who has been injured by negligent and inattentive drivers, you can contact the experienced motor vehicle collision attorneys at Feldman, Kronfeld & Beatty for a free consultation at (212) 425-0230 or at
